- 2 Granny Smith Apples, shredded or chopped
- 1/4 head red cabbage finely chopped
- 1/4 head green cabbage finely chopped
- 3 carrots shredded
- 1 zucchini shredded
- some lemon zest
- and the juice of one lemon
- Toss all and enjoy!
