Green bean goodness! Cook until tender in a double boiler. Dash sea salt and there you go! Let children prep them by breaking off the ends and then snapping beans in half, rinse well and into the pot. Another favorite way to eat green beans is to start with butter and onions in a pan, add new potatoes in bite size chunks. Toss and cook the potatoes until tender, then add green beans for another few minutes until they are tender. Press a little garlic in if you like that and you have a hearty side dish.
