Red raspberry leaf — Tones the uterus, allowing the uterus to be more efficient during labor. Is a good source of minerals and vitamins. Can also help increase milk production after baby is born.
Nettle — Tones the uterus and balances the hormonal system, also high in iron and Vitamin K along with other vitamins and minerals. Helps support the kidneys and eases leg cramps. It’s astringent action tightens and strengthens blood vessels by improving elasticity and vein resilience. Also beneficial for milk production.
Oatstraw — Balances the nervous system, good source of calcium. Helps increase milk production.
Alfalfa — High in vitamin K, trace minerals and chlorophyll. A good blood purifier and promotes healthy digestion. Helps decrease the risk of hemorrhage and increase milk supply.
Dandelion root — Helps support the liver. A mild diuretic, can relieve water retention, constipation. Good source of calcium, iron, and potassium.
Rose hips – Vitamin C source and immune system booster.
Chamomile – promotes general relaxation.
I adjust the amounts of the herbs according to the need of the client as well as her stage of pregnancy.
