Friends – if you haven’t made exercise a daily part of your life, can I urge to do it NOW. It’s never too late and the benefits are far reaching. You can build a better body and it doesn’t take a gym membership or special clothes. Watch this video and see what we are doing after every breakfast and often after dinner. We are preparing for a family ski trip and our motivation is high. At the time of the little video, I was preparing to meet a new baby in June and I wanted my body to be toned and ready for a great delivery!
Sweet little Joshua was born June 30, 2013. His birth was what you call a “butter birth” so easy and sweet! I’m a grateful mama!
